Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Title: Estimator, Cost Estimator, or Quantity Surveyor
• Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• Strong background in cost estimation, tendering, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation
• Experience in landscape or civil works (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, etc.) is ideal
• Role: Breaks down project drawings/specifications into a Bill of Quantities, calculates materials, labor, subcontractor costs, contingencies, and profit margins.
