Quantity Surveyor (Interior Fit-Out)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs and tender documentation based on interior design drawings and project specs.
• Analyze project variations and prepare claims and cost reports.
• Handle subcontractor evaluations, payments, and contract management.
• Monitor project budgets, financial progress, and cost control.
• Coordinate with site teams, procurement, and project managers.
• Conduct site visits to assess work progress for valuations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or joinery projects (UAE experience is a must).
• Strong understanding of market rates, materials, and subcontractor scopes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
