Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQs), and tender documents for civil and power/infrastructure projects.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in contract preparation, negotiation, and administration with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of cost, quality, and schedule.
• Prepare and manage tender documents, bills of quantities, and contracts.
• Conduct site visits to verify quantities and ensure accurate progress reporting.
• Analyze and negotiate contract terms, variations, and claims.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and project management software.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have Quantity surveying experience in U.A.E.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
