Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in 2D, 3D drawings and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing project budgets, analyzing variations, and ensuring all work is executed in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations based on 2D/3D drawings and project specifications.

Review and analyze tender documents, shop drawings, and material specifications.

Manage cost control, valuation of variations, and progress payments.

Coordinate with project teams, designers, and clients to ensure accurate project costing and reporting.

Monitor and track materials, labor, and subcontractor costs during execution.

Prepare and review final accounts and project close-out reports.

Support procurement and contract administration when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or marble/stone projects.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and MS Excel; familiarity with Revit or CostX is an advantage.

Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and finishes.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
