Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor with hands-on experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing project costs efficiently from estimation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets
• Manage tendering, pricing, and cost control
• Evaluate variations, claims, and subcontractor invoices
• Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and clients
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE
• Proven experience in swimming pool and landscaping projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
