Job Summary:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all costs related to civil, infrastructure, and finishing works in real estate projects — from the initial estimation to the final accounts. The role involves cost planning, budgeting, tendering, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and ensuring that the project remains within budget while maintaining quality and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
• Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and comparative statements.
• Evaluate contractor quotations and assist in vendor selection.
• Monitor project costs and control budget deviations.
• Verify and certify contractor bills and site measurements.
• Prepare RA bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
• Maintain records of variations and change orders.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and accounts.
• Provide cost reports and cash flow projections to management.
• Support final account settlements and audits.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ, and rate analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Good understanding of civil, infrastructure, and finishing activities.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualification:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Quantity Surveying preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
