Position Title: Quantity Surveyor - Exhibition

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualification.

A Dubai-based agency specializing in exhibitions, brand activations, interior fit - outs, and MEP services, with award-winning projects delivered across the region.

Job Description

• Estimate costs for exhibition stands, events, and fit - outs by preparing budgets and interpreting CAD drawings to deliver cost-effective, high-quality plans.
• Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to get estimates, build relationships, and suggest cost-saving solutions.
• Coordinate project schedules, manage variation orders, and ensure timely delivery while keeping costs within budget.
• Assist sales managers with client price negotiations and prepare budgets for operations and supplier discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying for exhibition stands.
• Skilled in materials, methods, AutoCAD, Excel, and analysis; UAE experience preferred
