The Quantity Surveyor will handle post-tender works including cost control, variations, remeasurements, and progress billing , while also assisting the pre-tender team with BOQ reviews, quantity take-offs, and cost comparisons . The role requires strong coordination with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate budgeting, financial tracking, and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.

• Expertise in cost control, cost planning, and variation management
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, cost reporting, and documentation
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience in both pre-tender and post-tender quantity surveying
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
• Prior experience in the UAE construction contracting sector preferred
