Overview:

Premier Resources Group is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support a high-profile pharmaceutical construction mega project in the Indianapolis metro area. This role will oversee cost control, budgeting, and commercial management for a large-scale, technically complex facility build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk the site, develop metrics, and determine completion of work
• Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis
• Conduct quantity take-offs, valuations, and payment applications
• Support contract administration and change order management
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Provide risk and value management assessments
• Liaise with contractors and ensure compliance with Company standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying within large-scale construction
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or advanced manufacturing projects preferred
• Strong cost reporting and commercial management skills
• Proficient in industry tools such as CostX, Bluebeam, or MS Excel
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• BioTech/Pharma and piping experience is strongly preferred
• Must have construction/in-the-field experience
