Quantity Surveyor

Job description

• To carryout quantity survey and cost estimation for industrial civil construction projects.
• To understand the civil construction designs and drawings submitted and should be able to deduce the correct quantities from them.
• To be able to scrutinize critically all the drawings and designs submitted by the contractors and offer his expert opinion regarding their appropriateness.
• To be able to provide the cost estimates with a reasonable accuracy for the project in hand.
• To cross check all the bills submitted for the completed tasks about the correctness, appropriateness of their quantities?? and the rates.
• Project cost estimates records keeping.

Experience-4-5 yrs with infrastructure company (Bridges , High ways, Tunnels )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
