  • Conduct land and property surveys using GPS, GIS, total stations, and traditional surveying tools
  • Analyze legal documents, maps, and historical records to determine accurate property boundaries
  • Prepare detailed site plans, legal descriptions, and technical reports for real estate transactions
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and developers on land use and construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and environmental regulations
  • Advise clients on land valuation, development potential, and usage feasibility
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for legal and regulatory purposes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field
  • Professional certification or licensure as required by local regulations
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in land or property surveying
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and surveying instruments
  • Strong knowledge of property law, land valuation, and real estate development
  • Familiarity with drone surveying and digital mapping technologies
  • Expertise in using total station equipment is essential
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹13,197.10 - ₹51,076.86 per month
