Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
Responsible for preparing BOQs, cost estimates, quotations and supporting commercial activities for portacabin and modular cabin projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs for portacabins (office, accommodation, ablution, guard room, etc.).
• Review drawings/specifications and estimate materials, labor and production costs.
• Prepare quotations, cost breakdowns and technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with design, production and procurement teams for accurate costing.
• Evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotes and assist with contracts/variations.
• Monitor project budgets and support cost control activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 3–5 years QS experience in Portacabin/Prefab/Modular Construction (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, sandwich panels, MEP items and cabin fabrication.
• Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
