Quantity Surveyor

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze the contract, tender documents, BOQ, specifications, and drawings after project award.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor project cost reports and forecasts to maintain effective budget control.
• Evaluate, certify, and process subcontractor payments in accordance with contractual terms.
• Assess, prepare, and substantiate variations, claims, and change orders with proper documentation.
• Conduct detailed measurement and valuation of works executed on site.
• Support the negotiation and resolution of contractual issues and disputes with clients and subcontractors.
• Prepare interim payment applications to the client and follow up on certification and payment status.
• Provide timely and accurate commercial and cost reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation and settlement of final accounts upon project completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in landscape and swimming pool projects.
