Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and proven experience in preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and managing project costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and quotations
• Conduct material take-offs and create detailed BOQs
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate supplier quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement
• Work closely with project and site teams to support cost control and project execution
• Ensure all tasks are completed within required deadlines
• Maintain organized records of pricing, materials, and correspondence

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or fit-out projects
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Must speak Hindi; knowledge of Tamil is an advantage
• Experience with or knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
