About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects—from initial estimates to final accounts—ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents
• Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies
• Evaluate contractor quotations and support procurement activities
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
• Manage valuations, interim payments, and final accounts
• Assess variations, claims, and negotiate contract terms
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, contracts, and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum [5] years of experience in quantity surveying (construction/MEP/infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contract administration, and tendering processes
• Proficient in QS software (Planswift, AutoCAD, Excel)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
