Requirements:<ul><li>B.Tech in Civil Engineering</li></ul><ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings</li></ul><ul><li>Strong skills in quantity takeoff using PlanSwift and AutoCAD</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of ID fit-out materials and measurements is an advantage</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and variations</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with procurement and site teams</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain QS documentation and ensure accuracy</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
