Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, within approved budgets, and in compliance with company standards and contractual requirements. Preference will be given to female candidates holding a valid UAE spouse visa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for various construction projects.

• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to determine accurate quantities and material requirements.

• Evaluate and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and contract terms.

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries for management review.

• Assist in contract preparation, review, and administration.

• Conduct site visits to verify progress, check quantities, and ensure compliance with project plans.

• Support the project team with variations, claims, and final account preparation.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction or MEP industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, drawings, contracts, and project cost control.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), basic 3D modelling tools, MS Excel, and relevant estimation software.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• UAE experience is preferred.

• Preference will be given to female candidates holding a valid UAE spouse visa.
