Quantity Surveyor

Monthly Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 15,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for a major residential building project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in quantity surveying, with specific experience in the UAE construction market, particularly in residential or high-rise building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.

-Conduct feasibility studies and provide cost planning advice.

-Handle contract management, including variations, valuations, and interim payments.

-Perform material and site measurements, and manage subcontractor accounts.

-Ensure accurate cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

-Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial matters.

-Prepare and agree on final accounts.

Qualifications & Experience:

-Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

-Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a QS, specifically within the UAE.

-Must have direct experience on residential building projects in Dubai/UAE.

-Strong knowledge of local construction practices, contracts, and market rates.

-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and QS software (e.g., CostX, AutoCAD).
