Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cost Management: Prepare detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and cost plans for construction projects.

2. Quantity Takeoff: Measure and calculate quantities of materials and labor required for projects.

3. Procurement: Assist in procurement processes, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award.

4. Cost Control: Monitor and control construction costs, identifying areas for cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

5. Contract Administration: Manage contracts, including variations, claims, and final accounts.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

2. Professional certification (e.g., MRICS, FRICS)

3. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction industry

4. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
