Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in managing project costs, preparing estimates, billing, and contract administration. The candidate will be responsible for cost control, measurement, BOQ preparation, and coordination with site and billing teams to ensure project profitability and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities Cost Management & Estimation

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work
• Monitor project costs and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle

Billing & Measurement

• Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills
• Conduct joint measurements with clients and consultants
• Ensure timely submission and certification of bills

Contract & Vendor Management

• Review and administer contracts, agreements, and work orders
• Evaluate variations, extra items, and claims
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for rate analysis

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, and procurement
• Track material consumption vs BOQ
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and cost reports

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of measurements, bills, and approvals
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis, and MIS
• Support audits and project reviews

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, and rate analysis
• Expertise in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software
• Good understanding of contracts, specifications, and drawings
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Certification in Quantity Surveying (preferred)

Industry Experience

• Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate
• High-rise buildings, commercial projects, or industrial projects (preferred)

Salary

• As per industry standards and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
