Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Earthworks Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in earthworks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in ADNOC project areas, particularly in Habshan and Abu Hasa, and a strong background in large-scale infrastructure and site development works.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quantity surveying duties for earthwork projects, including excavation, backfilling, and grading

- Prepare and verify quantities related to:

- ROW (Right of Way)

- Roads

- Pipelines

- ATC works

- Cut and Fill

- Gatch pad construction

- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents

- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and progress reports

- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and site teams

- Ensure accuracy in measurements and compliance with project standards

Requirements:

- 15–20 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong focus on earthworks

- Proven experience in ADNOC project areas, especially Habshan or Bu Hasa

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure works including roads and pipelines

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

- Experience working on large-scale oil & gas or infrastructure projects
