Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation & BOQ Preparation — Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and cost estimates for interior fit‑out projects.
• Tendering & Pricing — Analyze drawings/specifications, prepare tender submissions, and support pricing strategies.
• Contract Administration — Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontractor agreements and supplier contracts.
• Variation & Claims Management — Evaluate variations, prepare claims, and ensure timely submission with proper documentation.
• Cost Control & Budget Monitoring — Track project costs, monitor budgets, and report deviations to the project team.
• Site Measurement & Verification — Conduct site visits for progress measurement, verification of completed works, and certification.
• Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination — Evaluate quotations, negotiate rates, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Progress Billing & Final Accounts — Prepare interim payment applications, certify subcontractor bills, and finalize project accounts.
• Documentation & Reporting — Maintain accurate records, cost reports, and commercial documentation for all assigned projects.
• Well versed in both pre and post contract works.

Requirements:

• Education — Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory).
• Experience — Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveying experience in Fit‑Out projects within the UAE.
• Technical Skills — Strong knowledge of fit‑out materials, joinery, MEP interfaces, and project specifications.
• Software Skills — Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS measurement tools.
• Communication Skills — Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Availability — Immediate joiners to 30days preferred.

Preferred:

• UAE Fit‑Out Industry Knowledge — Understanding of local market rates, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attention to Detail — High accuracy in measurements and documentation.
• Team Collaboration — Ability to work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Problem Solving — Ability to resolve commercial and site‑related issues efficiently.
