Job Summary
The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, subcontract management, valuation, and commercial control of road infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations.
- Prepare interim payment applications and invoices.
- Monitor project costs and budget.
- Assist in claims and variation submissions.
- Maintain records of measurements and site progress.
- Coordinate with project and finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- 5–8 years of UAE infrastructure QS experience.
- Knowledge of CESMM/FIDIC contracts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
