Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for cost estimation, quantity take-offs, subcontract management, valuation, and commercial control of road infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations.
• Prepare interim payment applications and invoices.
• Monitor project costs and budget.
• Assist in claims and variation submissions.
• Maintain records of measurements and site progress.
• Coordinate with project and finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• 5–8 years of UAE infrastructure QS experience.
• Knowledge of CESMM/FIDIC contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
