Valika Interior Design LLC is a growing interior fit‑out and design company based in Dubai, delivering high‑quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take‑offs for interior fit‑out projects
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify quantities
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
• Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in interior fit‑out or construction industry (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and QS software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
