Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our Joinery Division who will be responsible for actual material quantity take-off, estimation, cost control, and coordination with production and project teams. The candidate must have strong experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for joinery works
- Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications for production requirements
- Monitor and control project budgets and production costs
- Coordinate with production and factory teams for material planning
- Prepare procurement BOQs and evaluate supplier quotations
- Manage variations, claims, and cost adjustments
- Prepare interim valuations, invoices, and final accounts
- Maintain accurate cost reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- 3–7 years of experience in joinery, woodwork, or interior fit-out projects
- Experience in factory-based joinery production is preferred
- UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
- Strong understanding of joinery materials and manufacturing processes
