Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our Joinery Division who will be responsible for actual material quantity take-off, estimation, cost control, and coordination with production and project teams. The candidate must have strong experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects within the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for joinery works
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, and specifications for production requirements
• Monitor and control project budgets and production costs
• Coordinate with production and factory teams for material planning
• Prepare procurement BOQs and evaluate supplier quotations
• Manage variations, claims, and cost adjustments
• Prepare interim valuations, invoices, and final accounts
• Maintain accurate cost reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support value engineering

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
• 3–7 years of experience in joinery, woodwork, or interior fit-out projects
• Experience in factory-based joinery production is preferred
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of joinery materials and manufacturing processes
