Responsibility:

Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ),

cost estimates, and budget forecasts.

Conduct material take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.

Value completed work, manage progress payments, and handle variations/claims.

Analyze and compare subcontractor quotations and assist in procurement.

Monitor project expenses to ensure they remain within the approved budget.

Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
