Quantity Surveyor

Meroni Francesco Interior Works LLC, a premier luxury interior design and villa construction company, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator with own valid visa. The candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in luxury interiors, fit-out, or villa construction projects, with pre-contract experience mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior and villa projects.
• Conduct site measurements and tender analysis.
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
• Assist in contract negotiations and project finalization.

Requirements:

• own valid visa (Family / Spouse / Freelance)
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• Pre-Contract experience mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / PlanSwift
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Experience:

• Quantity Surveying or Estimating: 1 year (Required)
• Fit-Out and Joinery Industry: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Family/Spouse/Freelance or any own visa (Required)

NOTE: Freshers can also apply if you have experience in your own country.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
