Quantity Surveyor (Aluminium, Glass & Façade Works)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with experience in Aluminium, Glass, and Façade works to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project budgeting, and coordination with site and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for aluminium, glass, and façade works
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and material analysis
• Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and suppliers
• Review drawings and specifications
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in aluminium, glass, or façade projects
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and estimation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and QS-related software
• Experience in UAE projects is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
