Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Calculating costs for materials, labor, and time; creating feasibility studies and budgets.
- Tendering & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, selecting subcontractors, and negotiating contracts.
- Contract Management: Handling legal and contractual aspects, managing variations, and resolving disputes.
- Cost Control: Monitoring expenditure, managing cash flow, and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Valuations & Payments: Assessing completed work and authorizing payments to contractors.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and building regulations.
- Client Advice: Providing financial and procurement advice to clients and stakeholders.
