Quantity Surveyor Civil

We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Civil Engineering and have 3–5 years of relevant experience within a Real Estate Developer or Construction company. The role involves managing cost estimation, quantity take-offs, budget preparation, procurement coordination, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials in line with project and cost requirements.
