Quantity Surveyor - Civil

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to join our growing project team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, contract administration, and financial control of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for civil projects
• Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies
• Manage subcontractor procurement, evaluation, and negotiation
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow
• Conduct site measurements and valuations
• Prepare interim payment certificates and final accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Identify and manage project risks related to cost and procurement
• Provide regular financial reports to project managers and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 4–7 years’ experience in civil/infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar standard forms of contract
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
