Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer

We are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer in the UAE! We prefer candidates with 2-3 years of experience working on luxury villas. This is a great opportunity to be part of high-end residential projects and contribute to their successful completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality and cost control.

Key duties include:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgets for luxury villa projects
• Managing procurement activities, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Working closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to follow project plans and specifications
• Keeping track of project timelines and making sure deadlines are met
• Handling change orders and variation claims efficiently
• Making sure all work complies with local safety and building regulations
