Role Summary: A Quantity Surveyor manages the post contract process and commercial aspects of construction projects.

You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, project managers.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial Management: Prepare and manage project Payment Applications, cost control, and cash flow forecasts. Track project costs vs budget + report variances to senior management Value engineering. Tendering & Procurement Take off quantities from drawings/spec.

Experience in FIDIC contract is a Plus.
