Quantity Surveyor- Consruction

Experienced Quantity Surveyor required to handle cost management, estimation, and contract administration for villa and high-rise building projects. The role involves pre- and post-contract duties, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on time, and in line with UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Manage contracts, variations, and claims (FIDIC-based).
• Evaluate progress payments and final accounts.
• Conduct cost control, value engineering, and reporting.
• Coordinate with site, design, and client teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years Experience (villa & high-rise).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, CostX, and MS Office..
