Job Description: Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer

Larco Group is a reputable organization located in Doha, Qatar, specializing in construction and project management. We are currently seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Cost Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to assess the costs and resources needed.
• Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to management.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to evaluate scope changes and negotiate costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and compliance with budgetary targets and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in cost estimation software.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• Salary: QAR 70 - 120 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Location: 67 Business Crossing, Doha, Qatar.
