Quantity Surveyor Cum Estimator - Fitout

Job Description:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to our design and build projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labor costs.

- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts.

- Coordinating work effort and advising on legal and contractual issues.

- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.

- Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work, and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes.

- Performing risk, value management, and cost control during construction.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring it aligns with the budget and schedule.

- Preparing regular cost reports and forecasts.

- Managing change orders and variations to the contract.

- Liaising with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
