Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement

We are hiring a QS cum Procurement Engineer with experience in interior fit-ou projects to join our team. The role involves handling quantity surveying, cost control, and procurement activities to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates fot interior fit-out works

Review drawings, specifications and scope to identify discreoancies and variations

Monitor project budgets and prepare cost control and cash flow reports

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison statements

Manage procurement of interior fit-out materials(gypsum, ceilings, joinery, finishes, flooring, lighting, sanitary, accessories, etc.)

Source vendors, negotiate prices, and finalize procurement within approved budgets

Prepare and issue purchase orders and follow up on material deliveries as per project schedules

Coordinate with site, project and design teamsto ensure timely material availability.

Verify executed quantities and assist in variiation orders, claims and final accounts.

Maintain procurement records material logs, and supplies databases

Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience in QS and Procurement(Interior Fit-out)

Strong Knowledge of interior materials and UAE market rates

Proficient in MS Excel and quanity take-off tools

Good communication and negotiation skils

Must be currently in the UAE.Immediate joining required

Salary: AED 3000- 4000, based on experience.
