Quantity Surveyor / Document Control (Facilities Management)

Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management

  • Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for FM contracts.
  • Monitor project budgets, track costs, and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing where required.
  • Prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and payment certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Assist in procurement and subcontractor evaluation processes.
  • Support management with financial forecasting and cost analysis.

Document Control

  • Maintain and manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Ensure proper version control and document tracking systems are implemented.
  • Coordinate submission and approval of technical documents.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to ensure accurate documentation of assets and service records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within Facilities Management or maintenance projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.
  • Experience in document control systems and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
  • Knowledge of UAE FM industry practices is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
