Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management
- Prepare, review, and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for FM contracts.
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and prepare monthly cost reports.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and negotiate pricing where required.
- Prepare and assess variation orders, claims, and payment certificates.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Assist in procurement and subcontractor evaluation processes.
- Support management with financial forecasting and cost analysis.
Document Control
- Maintain and manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, drawings, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper version control and document tracking systems are implemented.
- Coordinate submission and approval of technical documents.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
- Liaise with operations and maintenance teams to ensure accurate documentation of assets and service records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably within Facilities Management or maintenance projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control.
- Experience in document control systems and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office and cost management software.
- Knowledge of UAE FM industry practices is preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
