QUANTITY SURVEYOR/ DRAFTSMAN (STONE & MARLE DIVISION)

Overview

Granitech is looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Draftsman with technical expertise in stone, marble, or tile processing / cutting. The ideal candidate will support our projects, and sales teams by preparing accurate quantities, drawings, and technical documentation for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and detailed material take-offs for stone, advanced ceramic products and marble projects.

· Develop accurate shop drawings, cutting lists, edge details, and installation layouts (flooring, cladding, countertops, staircases, etc.).

· Review architectural/IFC drawings and extract precise measurements and material requirements.

· Coordinate with sales, project engineers, procurement, and factory teams for technical clarifications.

· Revise drawings, BOQs, and quantities based on client/consultant comments or site updates.

· Prepare quantity comparison sheets and assist with tender pricing and quotations.

· Conduct site measurements and verify actual work progress when required.

· Maintain updated technical documents, drawing versions, and project records.

Qualifications

· Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Drafting, or Engineering.

· 2–5 years experience in QS/Drafting, preferably in stone, marble, or tile manufacturing (strong advantage).

· Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of estimation software is an added value.

· Strong ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings.

· High accuracy, technical detailing, and strong numeracy skills.

· UAE experience preferred but we welcome new fresher but with experience in their home country.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
