Quantity Surveyor Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of relevant experience in preparing IPC's and variation orders and a strong understanding of the industry. As a Landscape QS Engineer, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project costs, preparing bids, and contributing to the overall success of our landscaping projects.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in landscape estimation.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and codes related to landscaping projects.
