Role Description

This is a full-time role for a QS (Quantity Surveyor) Engineer, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The QS Engineer will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, conducting quantity take-offs, and preparing tender and contract documents. The role also includes liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project outcomes align with contractual agreements and budget controls. The QS Engineer will assist in project management, risk assessments, and cost reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, and Budget Management.
• Pefferably Arabic, Russian, Phipino, European
• Minimum 10 years of Dubai experience
• Experience with Tender Drafting, Contract Administration, and Documentation Preparation.
• Strong skills in Project Management, Risk Assessment, and Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in construction software tools and technology.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
• Prior experience in architectural engineering consultancy projects.
• Knowledge of regulations, standards, and practices in the UAE construction sector is an advantage.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
