- Ensure billing aligns with actual work progress, BOQs, and contractual milestones.
- Coordinate with site teams to verify physical progress and certify quantities for billing.
- Quantity Verification
- Conduct quantity take-offs from approved drawings and site measurements.
- Validate changes due to site conditions and update billing accordingly.
- Monitor material consumption and reconcile with billed quantities.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed records of billing documents, measurement sheets, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with project preamble, technical specifications, and regulatory norms.
- Support audits and financial reviews with accurate documentation.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to gather inputs for billing.
- Interface with finance and accounts departments for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Address billing-related queries from clients and contractors.
- Cost Monitoring & Reporting
