Job Description

• Study and review project drawings and specification
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, architectural and finishing works
• Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements (BOQ – Bill of Quantities).
• Compare costs and prepare cost analysis sheets.
• Evaluate project risks and include contingencies in cost estimates.
• Prepare rate analysis and unit costing for items
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring during project execution.
• Maintain an updated database of material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to ensure cost control.
• Support project managers with cost monitoring during execution and identify deviations from budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers in estimation and finishing cost analysis.

Minimum 4 year experience preferd.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
