Job Vacancy – Quantity Surveyor (Female)

Razanco Building Contracting L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (Female) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and verify quantity take-offs and measurements for construction projects.
• Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variations.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparisons.
• Review and certify subcontractor invoices and claims.
• Provide cost advice and financial reporting to management.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum [number] years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or Tagalog is an advantage).
