Quantity Surveyor (Fit - Out)

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, etc.).

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify scope, quantities, and potential risks.

Manage tendering, evaluation, and appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.

Monitor project costs, variations, and cash flow to ensure budgets are maintained.

Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.

Evaluate and negotiate variations, claims, and change orders with clients and subcontractors.

Conduct site measurements and verify completed works for payment certification.

Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams.

Prepare monthly cost reports and commercial forecasts.

Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures.

Support dispute resolution, claims preparation, and commercial negotiations when required.
