Quantity Surveyor – Furniture & Joinery Fit-Out

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tender preparation, material take-offs, pricing, contract administration, and ensuring projects are completed within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and detailed material take-offs for furniture and joinery fit-out projects.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to determine accurate quantities and pricing.
• Prepare and manage tenders, quotations, and proposals.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare cost comparisons, budget reports, and progress valuations.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams for cost-related decisions.
• Track project variations, prepare variation claims, and update cost reports.
• Assist in preparing contracts, invoices, and payment applications.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QS roles within furniture, joinery, or interior fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, furniture production, and interior fit-out processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
