Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 12,000 (All Inclusive)
Duration: Project-Based (6 Months, Extendable)

Job Overview

We are urgently hiring a Quantity Surveyor with strong infrastructure consultancy experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in cost control, measurement, and contract administration for large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or BSc Equivalent (mandatory)
• UPDA Grade Certificate (mandatory)
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying
• Strong experience in infrastructure projects (mandatory)
• Consultancy experience is mandatory
• Ashghal experience preferred
• Must be currently based in Qatar only
• Freelance visa holders preferred
• Immediate availability required

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
• Manage contract administration and variation orders
• Support tendering and procurement processes
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams

Additional Conditions

• Hiring strictly within Qatar
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
• Freelance / transferable visa candidates preferred

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
