Senior Quantity Surveyor – Interiors

Location: Hyderabad | Department: PMO Team | Reporting To: Head – PMO

Role Summary

Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost control for high-end interior works (luxury clubhouse, corporate office, and premium finishes).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for luxury interior works (flooring, wall finishes, joinery, millwork, false ceilings, furniture).

• Analyze rates for premium materials and finishes.

• Collaborate with architects and interior designers for specification validation.

• Prepare tender packages and manage vendor negotiations.

• Verify vendor bills and ensure cost compliance.

• Track project cost vs. approved budget and report variances.

• Implement value engineering without compromising luxury quality.

• Provide monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.

Key Requirements

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in QS.

• 8–12 years’ QS experience in interiors, with exposure to luxury projects (clubhouses, hotels, corporate offices).

• Deep knowledge of high-end interior materials and finishes.

• Expertise in cost estimation software and MS Excel.

• Strong vendor and contract management skills.
