Quantity Surveyor (Luxury Villa Interiors)

Greetings!

We require an experienced Quantity Surveyor for our company which specialises on Luxury Villa Interiors & Fit Outs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• BOQ AND TENDER SUBMISSIONS
• Consistent accurate costing through Detailed Rate Analysis
• Innovative Value engineering methodology to achieve target budgets
• Strong communication and liasoning with Client Representatives for building trust
• IPA PREPARATIONS AND SUBMISSIONS
• Review and Certify Subcontracts/Vendors Orders and corresponding Invoices/IPA's to ensure that accurate payments are being made as per Site Measured Works.
• Accurately Maintain certification log for each subcontractor
• Billings and payments to vendors/SC
• Variation claims from the Subcontractors are processed as per the contract terms without any delay.
• Final Account for the subcontractor upon the Project Closure
• Prepare the Earned Value for Projects by end of every Month and submit to finance for the purpose of P/L analysis by Finance
• Identification of the Changes and submission of the Notification of Variation claim to Client
• Submission of the Variation claims to client with necessary substantiation for the Approval
• Preparation of reports

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Quantity Surveyor: 5 years (Required)
• Luxury Interiors / Fitouts: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engg / QS/ Construction Mgmt (Required)
