Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in high-rise building construction and be well-versed in cost control, contract administration, and project financial management from pre-contract to post-contract stages.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documentation for high-rise projects
• Monitor project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow throughout the construction phase
• Evaluate and certify interim payment applications and final accounts
• Claims, variations, and change orders, including negotiation with subcontractors and consultants
• Prepare and review subcontract agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms
• Conduct measurement and re-measurement of works based on drawings and site conditions
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and commercial summaries for management
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Consultants on cost-related matters
• Ensure adherence to FIDIC contract conditions and UAE construction regulations
• Support dispute resolution, claims preparation, and commercial risk management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3~5 years of Quantity Surveying experience in high-rise building projects
• Proven experience working in the Dubai construction industry
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE construction laws, and procurement processes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost control software
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
